We collect only the information you choose to submit through our interest form or contact form. That may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, participant age, school or district, organization, career interests, preferred contact method, and the content of your message.
Form entries are validated on our server and stored securely in our private inquiry records, which are accessible only to authorized NCYDC staff. Submissions are routed to our team at s.downs@northcountyyouth.org for follow up.
We do not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical or health information, school ID numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive data through this website. Please do not submit that information here.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss program fit and availability, communicate about cohorts and next steps, and coordinate partnership conversations. We may use aggregate, non-identifying information about interest levels and career interests for program planning and grant reporting.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We do not share personally identifying information with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver a program you have asked about, such as a training partner administering a credential, or where we are required to do so by law.
Youth information
Interest forms concerning a minor should be submitted by a parent or guardian, or with a parent or guardian's knowledge. Enrollment paperwork, consents, and any required participant records are handled directly with our staff rather than through this public website.
Website data
Our hosting provider may log routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability purposes. We use basic spam prevention and rate limiting on our forms to protect the site from automated abuse.
Retention and access
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed for program communication, administration, and reasonable recordkeeping. You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to s.downs@northcountyyouth.org.

Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee enrollment, placement, certification, employment, or funding.
